You check eligibility here, apply through our partner link, and the partner reviews your data. If approved, the data is anonymized and licensed under agreed terms.
How much can my company be paid?
Our partner publicly states companies have been paid $100K to $2M+ per approved data package (source: partner company-referral and data-partnerships pages). We do not promise any amount; it depends on approval, data type and volume.
Is my data anonymized?
Yes. Personal information is removed or de-identified before any licence. Confirm specifics with the partner during review.
Is this allowed under PIPEDA?
PIPEDA governs personal information used in commercial activity. Selling personal information itself is not covered by the business-transaction exception (s. 7.2(4)), which is why the focus is anonymized operational data. Quebec companies should also review Law 25. This is not legal advice.
Which companies qualify?
Companies with 30+ employees and mature English operational data. The US is prioritized, then Western markets including Canada.
Do you charge anything?

Do I keep ownership of my data?
